    If you are looking into other condo units at Las Mananitas, ASK IF THEIR UNIT IS IN THE 1ST PHASE OR "HORSESHOE" SHAPED "LUNA" BUILDING. There is another beachfront building in Las Mananitas; however, that building is closer to the highway and is next to another property that is an events venue so noise can be a problem. The third building (is taller, about 6 stories) sits next to the public street at the entrance of the complex and is not beachfront.
